Steep learning curve
There is only a timer for use when the oven is on - otherwise no timer and I have to use the timer on my phone. The large burner that has three options for sizes takes a very long time to bring anything to a boil. I like that there are two ovens that can operate independently and that you can easily switch to one large oven.

Love my new Range
The double oven is a great plus because it can be use as a single large oven also, the top burners are very useful for my household, I do plenty of flat iron cooking and the 3-size burner fits all my needs. I know there are many others in the market, but this combined all my needs in one. My last Samsung range lasted 13 years I'm looking forward to having this one for long time as well.

Main control panel melted after less than 3 years
The broiler, despite rare use, turns itself on every time we use the oven. This has melted the main control panel. I've purchased 4 Samsung appliances, all 4 have had issues.

I purchased this range specifically for the Flex Duo feature, which is advertised as allowing the oven to be split into two smaller ovens that can cook at different temperatures. In actual use, when both ovens are used at the same time, the temperature range available in EACH OVEN IS RESTRICTED based on the setting of the other oven.
