Delivery of Samsung Refrigerator
We had 2 delivery driver's, one was rude and rushing. The other driver was trying to make sure the delivery was done without damage. I was in the process of putting up ramps to make it easier to get in and out of our house because we have 2 steps up. I installed the first ramp and the rude driver told me not to install the second ramp. Great but serious questions on design
For the most of it, it is a great product. I love a lot of details about it. But two things make it seriously a concern. On my old Somsung frig there is a tray on the freezer door. They dont make one for the new frig. The slot is there. Ready for a tray. But they dont make one. On the water/ice dispenser, my old one has an autolight. Do no buy a Samsung refrigerator. The in-door ice makers are faulty. There is a poorly designed cooling system and the ice will not freeze completely, causing a dripping mess. I believe this is due to an air circulation issue in the ice compartment. No one seems to be sure. There are a million youtube videos and web article about this, all offering tricks that help a little but don't really fix it.
