Unfortunately the touchscreen stopped functioning properly so we tried replacing controller boards but the problem ended up being the touchscreen membrane which could only be purchased as a sandwich with the other controller boards but was discontinued by Samsung. The duo oven seems to work well but I have only used the upper section at this point. Perhaps because it is only half of the oven, it preheats much faster than our previous electric oven.
