I will NEVER buy Samsung again

This thing lasted about 2 years. I expected this thing to last 3-4 years, but one day, it just stopped, out of the blue. I tried diagnostics and everything-the fan still works. I’ll start shopping for other name brand appliances.

LOVE everything about this MW. Especially as it is a lower reveal height....Looks so slick and I do not see the need to have such a tall inner height, I just use it to melt things and zap here and there and heat items.

Great features

I like that you can set it up on your phone device to alert when it's done. I also like that you can Lock the key pad especially when cleaning it.

Horrible

The bad - super loud exhaust fan, it sounds like there’s an airplane taking off in your kitchen. The keys are not back lit so hard to see the buttons. If you were boiling something on the stove underneath It gives a fail code because it’s too hot. The good- Nice looking, like the slim design

Stopped working after two years

Was working fine then it stopped working right after the warranty expired. Extended warranty wouldn’t let the service company fix it. They only gave me what I paid for it when it was on sale. It’s unfortunate that it stopped working after only two years of light usage.

Only Issues Since We Purchased

We purchased this 3.5 years ago and there has only been issues. The first issue was that the computer board failed and we had to have a Samsung tech come and replace it. Randomly after that, the microwave will press random buttons all on its own. The latest issue is that we went to replace the lights underneath, which lights up our stove while we cook. The screws are stripped so we cannot get the panel off to replace the bulbs. Complete junk, I am so frustrated.
