Nice rug for a small space

I have had this rug in the place pictured for a little over 3 weeks now. I first had it on my deck to let it flatten out after unrolling. I left it laying flat in the sun on my deck for 2 days right side up and 2 days upside down. It flattened pretty nicely so then I placed it on my patio below my sunroom. I have enjoyed it in this spot as it provides a cleaner space for our patio which can accumulate a lot of dirt especially if we have lots of rain. The quality feels decent for an outdoor rug. ...

So upon placing this on the deck where I had intended to use it I realized that although it is for indoor/outdoor use it’s not suitable for that here. The color is really light which is nice, but after the dogs ran across it a few times it needed to be vacuumed. Which is fine. I’m sure it would clean well. Deeply Embossed but Stiff

This is a nice rug, but not a great one. The deeply embossed pattern is beautiful, but the coarse, stiff feel of the rug is not something that bare feet will find comfortable. It has also taken quite a while for the rug to become flat. I did all the tricks like rolling it backward and using the plentiful supply of rubber bands that came with it. This rug is just what we needed

When coming down the carpeted stairs we and some guests almost fell because of the lack of visual contrast between the floor and the bottom step. This 5x8 rug arrived packaged better than I have ever seen for a rug! Excellent protection on the ends to withstand rough handling during shipment. It was thoroughly sealed with a very thick and heavy plastic to prevent punctures and soiling. The extra attention did it's job with no undue folding or deep indentations at the ends (or anywhere).
