CHECK YOUR COLOR BEFORE ACCEPTING!!!
This would be a zero if I could rate that low. Shaw sent out the wrong color carpet and had the nerve to say I typed in the wrong color code even though all the emails had the correct color. It was to be installed 3 days before I moved in. I am now moved in, with 2 rooms of only padding. All the furniture is piled in the dining room and other bedroom. Scott at the Topeka store has been very helpful in getting this fixed, but the pain of it is pretty bad.

This could take much longer than Lowes tells you
The first person who came out to do the measuring had no idea what he was doing and wasted an hour and a half doing nothing. Second guy came out a few days later and took about 30 minutes to get it done. We were told this process takes just a few minutes but obviously it didn't. After 3 weeks, we had the crew out to put our carpeting in our basement and they did a great job, except they didn't have enough carpet to finish the steps. They did 3 steps and did the pads for the others but no carpe...
