Good screws for specialized uses
These screws worked great for securing a kitchen cabinet that required a longer screw due to the cabinet needing to be spaced out from the wall a couple of inches. Standard screw sizes would have barely contacted the studs. Plus with the T30 head, they felt really secure when screwing them in. I would recommend pre-drilling pilot holes to help prevent wood splitting especially considering their shank size of 1/4". I used a 3/16" long bit which was perfect.
