Within six months the end lock on several pieces failed which allowed them to slide apart...fast forward to fall of 2025 multiple end and side locks have failed which causes the pieces to separate and large chips of the oak laminate to break off. Gorgeous and Durable

I read some of the negative reviews and decided to provide my two cents worth. I had this floor installed 5+ years ago, and it looks like it did upon installation. It has held up to its waterproof claim (installed in a bathroom). It's comfy to walk on (quiet) and doesn't have scratches - but we're not that tough on a floor - so far, it's been dog-proof. Cupping and Separation Issues within year 1-2

Given the recent denial of my claim, I am requesting that customers who have posted negative reviews provide detailed information on the resolution they received from Lowe’s or Shaw. Understanding how similar claims were addressed will assist me in determining my next steps.

High traffic

Laid this two years ago in our dinning room which also goes outside to our lanai. We are now replacing it because all the edges have broken off. It does not do well if laid over concrete, despite directions and putting down a cushioned underlayment. Maybe it holds up better when laid on subfloor but I will not be purchasing again.

It’s beautiful

It’s beautiful and holds up well

I purchased 68+ boxes of this product to redo a major portion of my current flooring. The challenges come with installing it as the flooring isn't all 48" pieces. It also has 32" and 16" pieces, in fact too many. It's so much harder to install and keep the butt joints away from the next rows joints because they include way too many small pieces in the boxes. Terrible floor

Terrible floor, avoid it at all costs. The floor began to lift and crack at the sides after less than 6 months in. Now we have to either do a patch job or replace the floor entirely. Lesson to avoid floating floors like this one.
