EpoxyShield worked well, a few lessons learned
Great product. Easy to mix and use. NOT INCLUDED is the ANIT-SKID concrete additive. They do include a huge white packet to clean the floor, but that is not for mixing. I would recommend that you do the following: 1) sweep and vacuum the whole area. 2) pressure wash the concrete. 3) use the white packet to scrub the concrete with a broom. 4) Pressure wash again. 5) Let us dry. 6) get a 5 gallon bucket and thoroughly mix all the gallons together. This way the color will be the same throughout. I ...

Watery/ Runny kit
Don’t know why but the 1 car kit was very watery/runny. However the 2 car kit was thick as it should be. Maybe we just bought an old/expired kit. Don’t know because we didn’t check the date and discarded the packaging.

Great product... great value!
This is not my first rodeo... I've used this product more times than I care to remember in many garage applications for our properties and friends' properties. Great product... great value!

Excellent finish
We were very pleased with the concrete garage floor finish we did 15 years ago on our previous home, so we decided it is a must-have for our new home. This time, however, we used two coats and did not add flakes or any anti-skid. The floor is perfect. Thank you Rust Oleum.
Garage floor looks great!
I have used this Rustoleum product for years now and if you follow the directions you will have a floor that looks almost as good as the professionals for a lot less money. The most important step is cleaning and etching the floor- not a step to take lightly. Very easy to apply, I am female and did it myself although it would be a lot easier with 2 people. I also applied an Epoxy too coat 3 days after the floor dried. The last time I painted my garage floor it lasted about 10 years and is just n...

MUCH BETTER THAN BARE CONCRETE
I have purchased this product for two different garages and, overall I am pleased with it. If you decide to use it, remember that you must work quickly after mixing as it sets up very fast and will not store; once mixed it's done. If you use a roller, make sure you buy high quality ones and you will probably need two to complete the job. The only thing I can say negative about the product is that it is advertised to be hot tire resistant and won't come up. I have found that not to be the case...
Love this epoxy! Saved my garage.
This stuff is amazing. My garage was beginning to chip up and every time I swept, I would get a pile of concrete dust to throw away. I spent a weekend applyinga thick coat of this, and it dried rock hard with a shiny sheen, solidifying the pores of the concrete and locking it in. Not only was it functional, its easy to clean, and gives it a super professional look!
