Very Attractive Well Designed Indoor/Outdoor Mat

I bought this mat because I liked the design of it. It has a non-slip bottom (which I desperately needed for safety reasons). I also like the raised nap that it has on it allowing dirt from wiped feet go into a catch bin so to speak.

No surprises here~

Solid product, Strong Smell

The product has been pretty robust so far, but it does have a strong plastic/fish smell when first removed from packaging. We use it as an outdoor mat, so it was able to air out quickly.

Nice mat

This is a nice little mat. It is low enough to go under the door frame. It is firm enough to collect debris. It is light weight to move around but stays in place.

High quality, heavy, durable mat

Overall, a high-quality mat. Rubber bottom is thick and heavy, stays put on the floor because of the textured bottom surface. The size is too narrow for a typical doorway, so I am using it as a pet food dish mat. Textured fabric surface is tough and should withstand aggressive cleanings. The black outside edge is significantly raised. This means that dirt trapped on the mat cannot be easily swept off the mat (a vacuum cleaner is needed instead).

Sharp psttern

I could tell imediately this was a well made product. As soon as I opened the bag it was in. The smell was fresh rubber. I unrolled the rug and it felt well made. I like the sharp looking checkerd pattern. A very thick feel to this product.

This thing won't blow away in the wind

The first thing I noticed is how heavy it is and the non skip rubber backing. It would take a whole lot of wind to blow this away. It looks like soft textured carpet, bit in fact it is rather stiff for getting dirt or snow off of you shoes. Overall a really good quality product that is made well.
