This elastomer sheeting has a hard, yet reasonably pliable surface thanks to its 60A durometer. The durometer, or hardness rating, indicates that this type of rubber has a firm and defined form, but can still be flexed for more versatile applications. Because this vulcanized rubber sheet has a thin 1/8-inch gauge, it has a little more flexibility than thicker alternatives, making it perfect for detailed applications.
