We asked the department sales person to find us this style door with frosted glass. He found it and we paid but it arrived with clear glass. They had told us it had to be a special order for this particular style. We found the same door - with frosted glass - in stock at a nearby Lowe’s with a much lower price.

Nice door incorrect touch up paint with a hassle
Nice door and easy to install although it came scratched and the touch up paint didn't match. We are still dealing with the manufacture and Costco on providing the proper touch up paint. Something so simple is dragging out longer than it should

Cool style but a challenge to install
This prehung door was a different color what was depicted in the online item description, and had a broken frame when it arrived at my local Lowes store. Lowes supplied another frame kit at no expense to me, yet come to find out that the door frame kit supplier did not include a hinge side in this kit. So they provided a 2nd replacement kit. The actual color is way different
The door itself is pretty cool but the color is way different than online. The actual color is light Mocha coffee. And the hinges are very weak for holding heavy doors.
