It's adequately functional, but lighter weight than one might wish, and drain fittings are flimsy (I replaced). Faucet is better quality than might be expected at this price point. Shelf was not useful for my application as sewer pipe is directly underneath the sink, but the shelf is optional and can be omitted. The sink is reasonable value for the price, but I would have opted for something a little sturdier if such was available.

Its a 'decent' sink and faucet set
I am giving it a 3 as the overall of this item set is OK. The faucet included is clearly cheap. After seeing other concerns with leaking, I would recommend a silicone spray on the nozzle switch as the seals felt obviously dry and hard to switch. There was not much in the description about properly securing it. Once in the instructions, there is one sentence about the screw holes in the feet. Once secured, it was still a bit flimsy, so i had to also secure it to the back wall to make it real stur...

Quality?
I threw the faucet away because it was such a cheap item. The head of the faucet would not even stay in the body and just hanged out. The body is unstable and wiggles even on level surfaces. You don’t even have a quality drain included. It’s just a plastic hole. If you drill some screws into it (not included) you may be able to stabilize it. This whole unit is just cheap junk and Lowe’s should be ashamed to sell this to its customers.

Poor Drain and Faucet Issue
1. The hole to mount the faucet was too small and I needed to cut a larger one in order for it to fit. The manufacture knows the size that's required and should ship it that way. 2. The drain hose does not securely affix to the bottom of the sink or to the pipe in my home as it's just pushed into it. I cut the plastic + section out from the sink drain to allow a better fit, but it's not secured like all other sinks are. I'll buy a drain line that has screw fittings on each end to ensure it w...
