Not as described
Was not as described. I needed a down rod that was 7/8" exterior measure in diameter and 3/4" interior measure in diameter. Which is exactly how this was described online. However, when it arrived it was 1" in diameter and didn't fit.

Arrived damaged
Although the Downroad was in a tube the ends were not secured properly. The download broke through both taped ends and both ends were damaged. There should have been plastic ends and strong enough tape to ensure the rod wouldn't break though. Am returning item once replacement arrives so I won't have to make two trips.

Received exactly what was needed
Just as I was expecting. Needed a downrod for my new ceiling fan without the threads on either end. Very difficult to find and definitely not in the stores. Product was delivered 2 days earlier then expected and in good condition.

Lowes at Buford Ga is horrible
I had to return and I could get no one to help me ordered the correct one. Couldn’t even get a manager to meet me at the store. I’m returning the fan and never shopping at Lowes again.
