Trust the Instructions!
The door seems well made. I had an issue with not knowing that our door had a metal skin, but it all worked out pretty well. Our cat seems to fear the door but we're working on it. Make sure you have a jig aw and a good drill with the right sized bits. The list of tools required was on point and so was the suggestion on how to install the door. Now to convince the cat that it won't hurt him. :D

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was just ok. It was a struggle to set up. It never seemed to align evenly without a fight. Once we got it set up it lasted for a couple of months and the door cracked a little. It’s a cat door, what are you gonna do?
