Late
They said November 2nd and my husband took the week off to install. Then on that day they weren't ready. Now they said up to 2 more weeks. The app only says delayed it doesn't give any more info. If you sent to order windows go somewhere else.
3 months installation. and 3 months after ordered
Vista Installations was just not able to schedule more than a few days a month. I would not recommend this installer or Lowes for your windows. All communication was verbal, (but the contract was in writing). note: you pay 100% up front, so there is no incentive to complete quickly. no to Lowe's installation team.

Avoid Vista Installations 3 months to finish
We ordered 9 windows in Feb 2025, May 16 begin date, 8/18/25 finished. During that time the wood siding was exposed. Vista would not schedule installer for more than 3 days in a row, and about 1x a month. good windows, bad experience.

Lacking in customer service.
The windows were purchased online and arrived ahead of schedule at my local Lowe's. They were picked up at the end of March and stored in my garage for installation when I got to Maine from Florida. They were installed in mid-June by me. Upon unpacking I noticed 2 of the screens were damaged (bent) and went to the Lowe's Pro Service Desk where I conduct all of my business. Very LOW QUALITY window at premium price
Paid a premium price for these low quality windows. They do not close properly so I reported this to Pella and they had sent their tech out twice and was told this is normal for these windows. The screens do not fit in properly and will easily allow for insects to get through because there is a gap between the window frame and screen frame. I had thought that the Pella name meant quality, maybe it used to be the case but I don't believe that is the case for the windows I received.

Very energy efficient
Like the ease of installing them. Could immediately tell the difference in the energy efficiency. The window slide up and down very smoothly. Wife loves the tilt feature for cleaning. The 250 series seems to have a natural tint. Have installed 4 of these windows in the house so far.

Bad quality and non-existing service
I ordered several windows and had to wait 2 months to get them. Few of them had issues upon arrival and needed to be re-ordered. Had to wait another 2 months. More issues were discovered and now I need to wait yet another 2 months for Pella's agent to come and check. Not sure how long will take to address it. Customer service is rude. Horrible experience. No, I would not recommend Pella.
