Great Window, Terrible Instructions

Would Recommend

I love the window. What I did not love was the lack of instructions. For a person doing a DIY it would be nice to have more information on the instructions to ensure that an error is not made especially for the price of windows. Other than that, they look great and work amazing. I will see how winter goes and update you if it goes bad.

Great Windows

I was unhappy with a window I had purchased from another vendor. I decided to try Pella from Lowe's. The purchase an pickup were easy. The windows were great and less less expensive than the other brand, and the Pella windows came with screens. My installer put them in with no problem. In addition, the "glass width" on the Pella windows more than 1.5 inches wider.
