I work hard in the yard and at times my lower back gets sore. The Back Support Brace helps to keep my back straight and reduces the soreness after doing strenuous work. Ergodyne's innovative, breathable material will allow heat to be released through the back brace and you will not over-heat like a lot of other back braces. The lumbar support is by far the best feature. Great lower back support helps maintain posture and the back's natural curvature. Best back brace I've ever bought. Can't beat it for the price.
