my pillows are very thin and uncomfortable a couple of them didnt inflate out and if sets on them they quickly sink in...is there some way I could get thicker cushions for this set..that inflated completely out and much firmer..I tried to call the company many times but was unable to reach each time

Buyer Beware/ wrong color shipped
I ordered a patio set from Ovios with "Dimond blue" cushions. I received Navy blue. I simply want the cushion color I ordered shipped to me, but I am getting round around and brushed off from Crystal which is who you will get email from when emailing the ovios support email. Phone number goes to music then hangs up. Another number is some child that answers. Crystal is literally trying to tell me that the navy blue I received is really the diamond blue because of pattern or that picture was take...
Love it but hard to put together
It looks just like the picture. Love it and family and guests that see it love it also. It did take a while to put together, so thankful for my girlfriend helping me. It took us about 5 hours, had trouble with a lot of screws not wanting to go in and holes not lining up. If that had not been a problem we would have breezed through it. It was a great girls night, lol.

Poor fit and quality
Difficult to build. Holes for screws do not line up well. Screws loosen over time. Nut with nylon inserts would loosen up and fall out. Metal parts rust easily. Screws are of poor quality. Very easy to strip them particularly when trying to to get misaligned parts to match up.
Descent Product for the Money
You get what you pay for. I agree with a lot of the reviews. The holes are a bit hard to line up, but not tightening anything up right away made it much easier. Had issues with the screws stripping out. It’s not hard to put together in my opinion, I did it myself. As far as quality, I knew paying what I did it wouldn’t be the best so, I am pleased so far. It looks good, cushions are comfortable and everyone is enjoying and liking them so far. We shall see how long they last.
Very comfortable
This set was easy to assemble. It is very comfortable and definitely affordable compared to sets of this size. Would recommend it.
