Still impressed after 4 years
I bought two of these units four years ago, and continue to be impressed with them. They have been easy to program, and you can add programs for special situations (e.g. I added a Grass Seed Watering schedule for when I reseed the lawn). I love the way the b-hyve automatically checks the weather over the internet and knows when to pause watering. And I love being able to control everything from my phone. Best thing ever
This is my third Orbit smart timer and I will never own a regular timer again. I have an acre with lots of plants and it used to be that I would have to run back and forth to my timer to check zones. Now I just walk to the zone and use my phone to start it. Plus I can do all my programming and re programming from the comforts of my couch.

Not ideal
I like this controller box it’s easy to use. I love the Wi-Fi. I love it how I could control it through my phone, but I wouldn’t recommend this control box. The biggest problem with beehive is that you can only run one zone at a time. I have four zones so when running that’s a total of four hours of run time. And if I could run two zones at one time, I have cut that down by two hours, so that’s not helping me much with electricity I have called b-have and asked if it’s possible to run two zones ...
