NDS 4-in x 2-ft Spee-D Channel Drain with Bottom Outlet

The Spee-D® Channel Drain Bottom Outlet Assembly features a 2 ft. channel with a prefastened grate to cut down installation time. Bottom outlet connects to 3 inch and 4 inch sewer and drain fittings. Channel is made of polyvinyl chloride and connects with a coupling; grate is made of polyethylene treated with UV inhibitors. The Spee-D Channel, part of the NDS Profile Channel series, is ideal for draining moderate flows from driveways, patios, pool areas, courtyards, and walkways, and has an open surface area of 16.8 sq. inch/ft., 51 GPM/ft. flow rate, and is ADA compliant. Channel drains, also called trench drains, are long, narrow drains and as part of a complete drainage system, collect water from surrounding surfaces and direct it away to drain pipe. The water is carried to a discharge point downstream such as a pop-up emitter, or to percolate into the ground with a dry well or infiltration trench.
