Very sturdy and well made. Despite a few hangups in the instructions, installation went fairly smooth. Was able to do it solo but I recommend to do so with a partner. Two issues that need to be noted, which prevents a 5 start review. First, a T25 bit should be provided that is strong enough to handle the torque needed to secure each step. Climbing to the top.

A great product and delivery was right on time. The only modification we had to make was adding no slip strips to the steps. I once went down while wearing only socks and it wasn't pretty.

Was not informed at purchase time that primed steel needs painted. The screws for the railing need to be replaced with another configuration (phillips head). They wobble and strip out. T-25 bit would be a huge upgrade

Info available on spiral staircases is little to nothing. I installed this spiral staircase for some friends who were desperate for a new staircase going from the upper outdoor decking to the lower patio. We looked around and called around for months. I like the stairs. The set screw hole were not tapped out. Was missing a bag of self tapping screws. You will need two strong people to install.
