Problems
Although we really love the look of this fan and the smart features, after installing the fan we noticed a slight wobble to it and the when starting the fan, there is some hesitation/resistance in the motor before it gets up to speed. We reached out to the manufacturer for support and they determined that the product is defective and would provide a full replacement. That made me very happy but I am giving one star because after installing the replacement we are still experiencing the same issu...

Modern Smart Fan
Although I was a little hesitant to get a three blade fan at first, I did research on blade count, drag on the motor, wind chill, and noise and the three blade count seemed like a happy medium. I also love the modern design of this fan. But the best part is that it’s a smart fan integrated into our google smart home.

Nice fan but costumer service is terrible
The receiver burned out about two months in and it has been incredibly frustrating to replace this part. No one EVER answers the fan specialist number and the mail box is always full. It was a nice fan when it worked but pray nothing ever breaks bc I've been trying to get a replacement receiver now for weeks!
