I purchased this washer the end of October 2025. Within a few weeks, it was not spinning dry. Several service calls later, a new board was installed in Jan of 2026. Again, same problem: after waiting 3.5 weeks, a new board will be installed next week (August 2026). Called Maytag, Whirlpool, and visited Lowe’s. No one will help. Still under warranty but I’ve spent 7 weeks at the laundromat in the last 6 months. Lowe’s could care less, thus I am boycotting Lowe’s forever…don’t buy this lem...

Washer delivered and ran 3 loads and then F3-E7 error codes appeared and washer locks up. Codes do not appear in the manual so I have no idea what is wrong. I’m returning it to Lowe’s and getting something that works.

Has never worked since I got it

I’ve always bought Maytag appliances and have had great results with them. This one is a total lemon. I called for service when it was only a couple months old. I told the repair person it did not drain. 2 times out of 3x it will not fill with water - and I mean, no water will go into the tub at all, the cycle will sometimes run, sometimes not, so I go check when I think a load should be done and the panel either reads nothing, or END, but I have to check to see if the laundry is even wet. Worst washer i have owned

This washer has been a headache from the start, three months into owning it, it completely died. It was during covid so getting a tech out to fix it under warranty was a hassle, took weeks to order the part and fix. Now, its just been doing a weak job as washing, its spray nozzles do a poor job at spraying the clothes, especially larger items like blankets. Violent spin cycle-drawers open on console

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The spin cycle is violent and LOUD for about 15 seconds twice during the course of washing one load of laundry…any size. The drawers of the bottom console open and the washing machine shakes back and forth like a cartoon. Despite the cycle force, the clothes are not spun as dry as you would like despite the speed of the cycle. My clothes take a bit longer to dry.

Cleans well and a very good cycle for whites

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a very good cleaning job. Love the white cycle with bleach - works great. I haven't noticed improved stain removal but it's as good as my old kenmore. It's a little more noisy than my old washer which is important since my set is in the kitchen.

Was given the wrong washer

Went into Lowe’s wanting to buy a pet pro washer. Had an employee check me out in appliance, 5 months later having trouble with the drainage. Spoke with the manufacturer to find, come to find out he sold me the wrong one washer that looks like the pet pro. can’t return it because I’m past the return date. Very disappointing.
