failure at lowes
Lowes sent the wrong items to my house through a third party shipper, and won't refund my order after the third party shipper took the items back from my house. So my item was marked delivered and now I am out my money. Don't buy online go get it in person, they don't give any support or help you after this instance and will not refund my order. Lock is probably good but lowes is not, don't shop online here until they get real shipping couriers, not worth the trouble you lose time and money.

lowes packed order with no keys
This package is supposed to have keys and there is a blank space that clearly shows they were there and they gave me this curbside. We got this all the way home 15 miles away and there are no keys to open the locks.
