Disappointed
I went into a Lowes location and picked a door based on upon certain criteria. They didn't have one of these doors around for me to actually look at. When they installed it, I noticed that the glass design is off-centered which is going to drive me nuts. I thought it was a defect until I just looked up this door online. The install was not the best either. The trim on the door was thinner than the old trim so we have a big gap on top and the new trim didn't hid the damage created when taking off...

No issues. Great door.
No damage to door. Great fit and finish. The only thing I would improve is the size of the notch for the deadbolt. For some reason, the plate cut out is much smaller than standard Schlage deadbolt plates. Is that normal? Not sure. But I’ll just buy a different plate. I don’t feel like using a chisel.

Beautiful Door
I got the door, and based on the other reviews about this company, I checked to make sure everything looked ok. The finish on the door was beautiful and everything looked ok, unfortunately the door dimension was too big. It wasn't until after I received the door that I noticed the "actual measurement" was 81x64 inches, which was too big for my rough opening so I had to send the door back. I'm giving it 4 stars because I don't know if there would have been any issues with the install.

Great door; IDIOTIC aesthetic design
Look very closely at the picture. Do you see how the blinds have a 1.5" white strip running down the left side and the top, but no strip on the right side or bottom? THAT IS HOW IT ACTUALLY LOOKS! When you look at your door from the outside, particularly if it's a color other than white, it is so upsettingly noticeable. If I could do it all over again, I would just get the same style door only with frosted glass. The convenience of the blinds is not worth the tackiness of the asymmetry. IF YOU ...
