Twice Damaged
My first review disappeared, but I feel compelled to warn potential customers that if you order this vent hood, then it will probably arrive damaged. I've ordered two, and because of how they are packaged, they both arrived with a chimney bent beyond repair. I've wasted two weeks having this shipped to store TWICE because the store doesn't care anything like it in stock. The second one we ordered didn't even have all of the original styrofoam on the inside and was bent worst than the first, like...

Twice Damaged
I've purchased two now. Both have been damaged in shipping. The appliance might work just fine if I could get it installed. Both times the chimney is unfixably bent in an unhidable manner due to poor packing that is clearly not protecting the malleable metal.
