Did not lock into place
The pins on the walls were drilled in the wrong place. This allowed the side walls to stick up 1”. Called MAAX and they said this happens every once in a while. For the cost of this item they should have better quality control. I would not recommend this item due to poor customer service from MAAX.

Looks like real tile
Love the look of this tub surround. It looks high end and looks like real tile. Seems really durable. This surround makes our bathroom look so nice. Contractor ran into a slight problem trying to get one side to click together but they finally did. Highly recommend.

Just say no
DO NOT BUY THIS. I was exited for this product. We have two kids and 1 bathroom. My plan was quick demo and throw up this surround. No big deal. Five, yes FIVE times I ordered this in both pickup and then paying for delivery. EVERY single one showed up so damaged they weren’t usable. I’ve been without a shower for far longer than if I just tiled, which I’m doing now anyway. My kids are gross, my wife is anngry and I’m a stressed out mess.
