We've had the Counter Depth Max 25.5 for about two weeks and so far we are loving it. It has ample refrigerator and freezer space for the two of us, and the in-door and second ice maker in the freezer keep us supplied with ice. It fits well in the counter space we have; however the doors open wider than the width as advertised, which means we have to pull it out slightly to keep it from bumping adjacent cabinets. The refrigerator is quiet, but the water supply to the ice makers is a little jarri...

Make sure you have a shut off valve on the water supply from your old fridge. I didn’t think about a shut off valve when I bought it, and it’s not something that is mentioned anywhere when you purchase it. The guys who attempted to deliver said it happens all the time and that Lowes doesn’t bother to add that information in the install information. Took a day off work for the delivery and it is now on the truck going back to where ever. And calling customer service? That’s a joke, they couldn’t...
