This is a very nice product, and seems a good quality, was very easy to install, and, so far, so good. This was a replacement for an existing blind that was hanging for about 20 years. It still had a pull chord operation to raise and lower so it was time. These blinds are really nice and look beautiful. We got real wood 4 years ago, and you can't tell the difference with these faux blinds. Only reason I gave them a 4 star was because I'm not a fan of the flared design of the rod you twist to open and close them.

Looks great, measurements true.
The look is great, the measurements are true. Some of the slats are showing a little warping. The valance returns are too small. We had to order bigger ones and cut to fit. If you want perfection, go professional.

Senior taken advantage of..
Lowes sold me the wrong blinds and the installers didnt tell me that they were not the right blinds and installed them anyway and left without any mention that the blinds were wrong. In the mean time Lowes did give me an adjustment because of their mistake. Measurements were completed by Lowes window people and I feel that the installer should have made me aware of the ill fitted blinds as soon as they notices that they were wrong for my type of window which they did not. Make sure you know how to do this.
Appearance is OK. The custom cutting process cuts the valance slat the same length as the rest of the blind. Because of this the valance doesn't cover the top housing and mechanism completely and gives it a less clean look. The directions are also very confusing and cursory, especially how to shorten the blinds. The QR code on the instruction sheet that says it provides interactive instructions but it simply takes you to the PDF of the instruction sheet that was already useless. Any other l...

Great blinds, horrible customer service
Great product for the price, if only the service side was as good! Took almost a month to get these installed. Was told installer would pick them up. Wrong! Was told they would be delivered to my house. Wrong! Was told they'd be installed between 8-12. Wrong! Installer showed up at 5:30 pm. If you want to install the blinds yourself, they are great!
