No Handle Included in the box

The door package came with everything except the handle. We had to borrow the handle from another used door because we really needed this storm door installed completely before the bad weather coming. We were thinking about to order another Storm Door exactly the same, but not sure about the handle

Not functional as storm door

There is apparently a KNOWN issue on this stormdoor, where the center latch is too curved to be effective in holding up the glass over the screen securely. It won't hold the window part up on my door so this is effectively an expensive and heavy screen door. NOT functional as a STORM door. The only way I can get it to stay up is with tape, and even that doesnt hold well. There is apparently a newer, better designed latch that can be swapped out, but when I contacted Larson, I got a lot of denial...

Install was easy

This door is beautiful and is well made. I love the pull down screen and the foot tap lever to hold it open if needed. I notice how much outside noise is reduced when closed.

Very poor service and followup-

Terrible - There were no directions with the order on how to install the door. I have tried calling the store repeatedly. You can't reach anyone at the store to talk to- they transfer you and then hang up.

Wrong handle hardware

Great product. I have one installed at my front door. They sent a right swing handle hardware instead of left.
