I guess the point of the extra windows in this door are for your dog to be able to look outside. I thought this would be great because my dog is constantly looking out of our windows on squirrel patrol. I like the pet door. Now I dont have to let the dogs on or out every 5 minutes. They're still getting used to it. Ordering and curbside pick up was great! Ron prepared my order. I had my door in the truck and on my way within 10-15 mins after I checked in.

Greatest thing since pets
I bought two of these. Our dogs and we really enjoy them. The dogs don’t get as bored so get in less trouble and we don’t have to get up to let them out. The way the pet door works it has a magnetic strip on the bottom so after the dogs push it open it swings back and is held in place. Not having to leave the door open for dogs t come in as reduced cooling loss this summer.
Lowes installation was the worst, the door is ok
The door does what it’s supposed to do, took our dog just 1 day to figure the pet door out. The purchase and installation process could have not been worse. We have to contact Lowe’s multiple times to schedule the appointments for measurement, and pickup/installation. Then Lowe’s decided to deliver the door on the installation date without notifying us or the installer. The installation therefore had to be postponed again. 6 weeks from purchase to installation.
