What Customers Are Saying

The Kraus kitchen faucets and pot fillers offer a mix of positive and negative experiences. Many customers are satisfied with the quality, style, and functionality, describing the products as beautiful, sleek, and durable. The pot fillers are praised for their elegant design and convenient retractable arm. However, some customers report issues with the faucets, such as premature failure of the spray button or pull-down mechanism, inconsistent sensor operation, and poor customer service when trying to resolve problems. The overall reliability and quality may not match the premium pricing for some users.

High end, large outdoor kitchen faucet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this faucet is heavy and built extremely well! I was surprised how large it was, it has a far reach and heavy pressure. Perfect for your outdoor kitchen or bar set up. The pull down sprayer is convenient and compact.

It's ok

The faucet is well made and sturdy. It takes some getting use to to use the sensor. I feel like it could have been made better by making it a light tap option. I seem to want to keep tapping ot with the back of my hand, because the sensor doesn't always work. I hate having to turn on the faucet ans then using the sensor as the water shuts off after a few seconds after manually turning it on.

Would Not Recommend

The faucet makes a bubbling noise when the sprayer is not on. The sprayer makes a loud whistling noise when turned on. Overall this faucet is junk and would like a replacement or refund. Your response to this would be greatly appreciated. Please have a supervisor get back to me.

Elegant, chic and beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet is lovely! Chic, elegant, and streamlined, the matte finish and lines of this faucet are the perfect update for my home! It was extremely easy to install and works beautifully. It’s quiet and the water pressure is great! It’s built well with stainless parts. We are so excited to use this gorgeous faucet for many years to come!

Nice Faucet Handle not easy to remove

Would Recommend

This has been a great faucet for my mother! It began to leak from the spout. In order to change the cartridge, it has to be taken apart. To get the handle off requires an Allen wrench. The problem is that knowing the location the screw is difficult. After searching many websites for the photos of the install, no picture of the inside of the handle was shown. I will attach one here if I am able to once I have submitted the review.
