Terrible - Do Not Buy

I bought this range in October and still have been unable to get it to work properly. Service has been preformed on it twice plus a replacement of the control knob and motherboard. It is still unusable. After reaching the desired temperature, it does not reheat. Therefore, the temperature continues to drop over the cook cycle and when the door is opened. This makes cooking in the oven nearly impossible. KitchenAid appears unable to fix my oven. I would not recommend buying this produc...

Venting Makes no sense

Be Forewarned Instead of venting top back -this unit vents front left onto the underside of controls. Called Kitchen Aid - after 67 minutes simply told to " wipe the steam away with soft cloth " - makes no sense. Just purchased and I really do not want to live with this annoyance for the next say 10 years. I would really be concerned if younger children were roaming about. Beautiful & great size, but not worth the price

However, the control knobs are hard to read, the oven takes at least 15+ mins to preheat and already need a service call as the stove burners don’t ignite quickly &/or have uneven flames, but this could be an install issue and not an equipment issue, waiting for service call to determine cause. DONT Try to bake in this oven

The oven temperature was much lower then the setting and needed to be calibrated which required a WiFi connection. The WiFi connection instructions didn't work so I needed to talk to the KitchenAid connection representatives twice to get this resolved. Excellent during holidays heating up dishes

If it can’t be fixed we are going to work through the vendor for a new stove. We paid alot of money and performance thus far is unacceptable.

Wonderful upgrade for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this. The wok hob, the oven temperature accuracy, the self-cleaning function, the look, all of it. There is one small thing that could be improved - the fake "legs" at the bottom. They are not fixed and every time I mop they get knocked out of place and i have to get on my hands and knees to resent them in place.

Hard Pass

We regret purchasing this KitchenAid dual fuel “commercial” range. It was installed in 2023 and has never worked properly. The turbo burners can not boil 2.5” of room temperature tap water in 10” pot in less than half hour and they flame up uncontrollably when they have been on for awhile, like when simmering soups and stews.
