Difficult features
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This new fridge was in our show home when we bought it. The shelves have a space at the back and things fall back if you are not careful. The interior water dispenser is awkward to use where it’s located. The seal on the fridge sweats alot not sure how great the seal is. Otherwise the space in the fridge and lower drawer is good.

An older version
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I bought a new home and moved to Texas this refrigerator came with the house. It wasn’t taken care of so with our homeowners warranty we replaced the filter which the housing for the filter broke. Our original refrigerator in Colorado was identical to this one but 3 years newer than this one.If I have to replace this one I would cause I like the style of refrigerator.

Beautiful fridge, has too many issues
I bought this in 1/2024 (about 1 year, 7 months ago) because I loved how it looked and the reviews were overall good. I love how sleek it looks, and the counter depth was perfect for my kitchen. Also liked the indoor water dispenser since I don’t like how outside ones look. However, it has so many issues that I’m seeing other reviews have mentioned too. The rubber seals around the edges started coming off early on. The ice maker suddenly stopped working. Loud noises coming from it every so often...

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This refrigerator was in a condo that I purchased. I did not choose the appliance. The ice cube maker in the freezer makes FAR TOO MUCH ice! The produce drawers are small and I always have produce on a shelf. The light in the freezer is intermittent; sometimes it comes on and sometimes not when the freezer door is opened. There is condensation on the freezer door gasket and a new door has been ordered.

Cheap model
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the lowest end of the current KitchenAid inside the door water model. This is what GHO supplied us and we’re stuck with it. I have friends who own Kitchen Aid and have nothing but problems and I assume that we’re gonna be having the same problem. Is unacceptable to be given this type of material with no resolution to putting things in the refrigerator.

Not designed smartly…
I bought this 3 years go. The water dispenser is inside the unit. You need two hands to operate it and it drips a few drops after each use. Also, the compressor noise is too loud and annoying.
