What Customers Are Saying

The faucet features an attractive design and high-quality construction. Many customers find it easy to install and appreciate the convenient single-handle control. However, some have experienced issues such as leaks, problems with the spray mode, and the faucet swiveling off-center after installation. While the faucet seems to work well for many, there are some quality control concerns that potential buyers should be aware of.

The whole experience was troublesome

Would Not Recommend

From beginning to end, this purchase was a hassle, and I am deeply disappointed with the entire experience. First, I went to Lowe's to purchase the faucet, but I was told I had to go home and buy it online to receive the sale price, which saved me $60. Then, the delivery person left the huge box in plain sight on my porch all day in a high-traffic area. I paid to have a Lowe's plumber install the faucet. When he arrived, he was clearly sick and repeatedly blew his nose using my paper towels d...

I bought this about month ago but get it installed until Monday. It looks so sleek. I had white one so sick of it. Love this new stainless Koehler.

AVOID THE LOWES CREDIT CARD

Would Not Recommend

If you think the Lowe's credit card will help with return windows, additional customer service or the ability to have any kind of flexibility, think again. the customer service phone numbers do not get you to a person who can resolve your issue, and no one seems to know that the credit card gives you an extended return window.

Started Leaking

Would Not Recommend

We loved the look of this faucet, and it ended up being a waste of $200. It started leaking from two different places after two years of use. I was hopeful spending more & not getting the cheapest Lowe’s offered would serve us better long term. This broke faster than the $60 one we had at our last house.
