Poor Finish Quality
With respect to the overall look of the faucet, it is an attractive piece. However, the black matte finish is to be avoided. We purchased this faucet with a black matte finish. Within less than a year after installation, an inch long piece of the finished flaked off of the base (mount?) of the faucet. This part of the faucet is a low-contact area, unlike the levers, for example, so the fact that the finish flaked off at this point reveals the poor quality of this finish. I'm not sure is th...

We love Kohler, but needs work
Beautiful faucet design. Love the cross handles. We bought the Polished Nickel. It retains fingerprints and hand oils. I would like to see this improved. I don’t know how it will hold up long term.
