Noisy

I’m very happy with the way the faucet looks. It is noisy, I complained about the noise and customer care was very helpful, they were familiar with the problem and sent me new valves, the new valves are less noisy than the original but still noisy(high pitched whistle) All other faucets in my house aren’t noisy at all.

Sleek look as well as great functionality

I wanted something that looked different from the rest of the faucets that are out there and I didn’t want to compromise on quality. Purest faucet and handles didn’t disappoint. Love how it looks and how it works.

Beautiful but lacking in some important info

Beautiful and solid. But, There is no template that tells how much clearance is needed underneath, and the drain stopper lifter arm was too short to reach the drain on our sink. They were all Kohler products and it seems like that info should have been available. Fortunately, we don’t close the drain much so hope our gerryrigging will do.
