The Faucet leaked so my plumber had to go to local hardware store to buy a new one, The hose for the wand is rubber as opposed to the ones I have always had that are metallic in nature. My plumber said run hot water through it and it may unkink. Haven't had a chance to do that yet as shower door has yet to be installed. And have yet to see how well the shower heads work.

Major Damage

Would Not Recommend

We had this shower system professionally installed in our brand new house. Our plumber specifically recommended Kohler based on normal reliability of their products. We used this system no more than 10 times before water was pouring down into our living room. After further investigation, it was found that the diverted bath spout failed, causing a massive water leak. I will never recommend this product.
