Poor Quality Control

Would Not Recommend

I am afraid who ever is putting together these parts need some assistance in Quality Assurance. I bought for of these (8003-CP Kohler Body Spra)y and am installing in a new shower. When I went to install you have reverse engineer the instructions because the product comes fully installed. Not only that but you need some pretty specialized tools in terms of size of the allen wrenches required. To add insult to injury Kohler does not provide the allen wrenches required but all of my Delta products...
