Poor design
Nickel and dimed at every corner with Kohler. Install is gonna cost more than the toilet itself due to poor design and parts that don’t get the job done. My plumber is amazing and this is bar none the worst kohler product I’ve ever bought. Stuck with what most likely will be a lemon down the road.

Great toilet
This is our Second Betello. One is in the master bathroom and the more recently installed toilet in the powder bath. Our cleaning lady loves the fact that the base is easier to clean. With continuous clean, it does not need weekly cleaning as much. We put heated seats on both and my wife LOVES it.

Beautiful to look at, but...
I've had the Betello installed professionally by a local firm. Little problems followed: it had to be flushed twice for the tank to refill. Was told it was due to something clogging the intake. Flushed that out, but couldn't get the insides of the tank back together. Finally got that problem solved when the batteries for the light that tells when it is time to refresh the cleaning product fell into the tank. Fished those out. Now the tank sways slightly and with every flush, the refill trickle...

Bathroom Evolution
This water closet (sounds better than toilet) replaced a perfectly good Kohler unit that we purchased when we built our home 31 years ago. Cleanest toilet!
I had the toilet installed for about a month ago. The bowl stays clean with continuous cleaning action with each flush. The exterior is easy to clean with skirted design. Comfortable height, easy to clean and powerful flush!

Sleek and Clean toilet
I bought this toilet about 2 months ago and it's been installed for about a month. I love the sleek design and the skirted bottom. The 360 flush uses less water and has a more effective flush. The only issues we have had is the handle sticks at times and you have to giggle it to fix it. I need to reach out to customer service and have them help us. Other than that, I would give this 5 stars!
