Wouldn't prime
Easy to wire and prep although the motor itself is longer, so I had to repump the supply and return lines. Got it all in and could not get it to prime and pull water. Tried everything on the suggested troubleshooting guide with no luck. Called customer support and they offered no help at all. Put my old pump back on, it was dripping out the main seal which was why I replaced it and it pulled water right away. . Great pump for the money
It's a nice looking pump, easy to install and our green pool that had been without a working pump for four months was clear as a bell in 48 hours. It runs quite as a mouse and the water is churning nicely. As far as how durable it is only time will tell, but so far so good.
