delay, delay, delay - 6 weeks, billed credit card holds 7 times with receipts testing the credit card status. never received official update except preparing order. called store no help either. after the 7th credit hold and release I decided to cancel.

Ordered BLACK received BLUE.
Multiple errors on multiple orders with my kitchen cabinets. Should have known better. Waited SIX weeks for this door and they sent the wrong one. Refused delivery, STILL waiting for my credit! Totally unacceptable. As usual no call from store management to rectify. Meanwhile I still need a door.

Bad quality
Very disappointed. The actual dimensions are not anywhere near 60 x 80 inches. Glue stains all over the place. And good luck getting all that sticker glue off the windows!

Rotted wood, broken blinds, window frames leak
We purchased a Jeld-Wen Steel and Fiberglass full unit French patio door with built-in blinds in the glass doors from Lowes on 5/19/2018, which included installation by Lowes. Model #23577FL22641MSC and Item #191354. The door came in one full unit when Lowes came for the installation. The entire door has rapidly deteriorated over the past 5 years. Poor quality
Ordered this door, shipped quickly with decent protection. Installed the door with their recommended rough openings. This door was a pain to get to latch. With a level sill plate I had to shim the frame up on the hinge side almost 1/4” for this door to even operate. Now that the door swings like it should don’t try and use the dead bolt, I have to shoulder the door for the deadbolt to latch and I can still see daylight at the very top.
