Pitiful Quality....

By saving money through cutting out any level of quality control, Jeld wen has been able to offer an innovative feature. They now assemble the doors with one window backwards, allowing you the opportunity to exit the house and open or close the enclosed blinds from the outside. How'd you not catch this?.....

wrong item delivered

They delivered the wrong door. I ordered a right swing-in door and they delivered a left swing-in. That would now fit in my room. Also, the door they delivered was damaged. i waited 6 weeks for delivery and then it was the wrong item. the only saving grace was they said, they would pick it up the next day and refund my credit card. but I would have to reorder it. I will not buy it again from LOWES. I will look for other options

Poor quality - do not buy

I waited 8 weeks for delivery and door arrived with large scratch. The internal blinds eclipse frame came shifted to one side of each door and not centered in glass and color is blue. Operable french door does not seal at top but seal is too tight along sides, so diificult to shut & lock. Also they did not include enough plastic screw covers in the bag, so not sure if where to get more. I thought Jeld-win made better products than this. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The Jen-Weld door is NOT quality. I've had this door for less than 5 years and is deteriorating. The door was painted and sealed according to manufacturer specifications and is not holding up and must be replaced with a new door. Crume Installations is another story. IF you decide to move forward with an installation, seek other installers. This company does NOT do quality work. Five Months of Aggravation

TLDR - There are glaring issues in quality control with the product itself and the Lowe’s installation communication with their contracted-party installers is abysmal and incompetent. Full story: Purchased in July 2024. We have had these doors installed twice now and are currently waiting on the third time... That one’s the charm, right? Warning Eclipse is Blue, Not Black

After waiting almost 6 weeks for my door, it arrived to discover that Eclipse is very blue, not black as the description says. So now what? Either start a return … not sure what all that entails other than at least another 6 week wait or possibly paint it and take a risk of it looking terrible - what paint would work best? At what cost will this be? Ugh. Please change your description in the specs. This has literally caused the worst argument I’ve ever had in my relationship.

Wasn't made correctly

I ordered this door with a Right Hand Inswing. After waiting weeks for the door and then more for the installer, we unboxed the door to find that the inswing was on the wrong side. What a disappointment. The quality looked good and I am going to try again and hope that they get it right this time.
