Expensive and the hot water tastes like a filter

Would Not Recommend

I was surprised that the cost of the tank and the faucet are separate and therefore it makes it quite expensive.. Also, I've tried running the hot water to ensure the filter was aerated and it STILL tastes odd... I asked my plumber about him using a sealant or something but he denies using anything... so I'm not impressed as my old tap worked so well, before it started leaking....

Would Not Recommend

This is my third faucet in just over 3 years. The first two were the pushbutton type and leaked within a month or two. The valve just wouldn’t fully close. We live in a mountain town where the tap water is crystal clear and has VERY low TDS (particles in the water) so it’s not build up stopping the valve from closing. I switched to this type of valve (with a lever). So far, it works great but time will tell. If you’re thinking of buying, I recommend proceeding with caution.

The installation was a little harder than some I had done previously. But not to bad. This unit is slightly larger in diameter than the previous unit which is what caused the installation issue. This unit is considerably more quiet than our previous one. It also seems more powerful.

The FH3300 is an excellent faucet. It works so much better than our previous push button model. The water temperature is easily set to one's preferences there are no leaks. The FH3300 auto shut off when one releases the faucet is a great safety feature for avoiding accidental scalding, especially since we have young children.
