Beter locks out there
Loud and clunky. You have to push a button to activate and wake it before use and it's so loud. I would prefer Qwikset or Schlage or some other lock manufacturer

Inaccurate proramming instructions.
The lock was easy to onstall but the programming was confusing. Code to.open lock cam be 4 to 8 digits. But in reality has to be 8 to work. Spent too much time until we finally fiured it out by watching a youtube video

Complete trash
Worked great for about two weeks, now the electronic locking mechanism just gets stuck (and beeps at us as loud as it can to let us know that it’s stuck). Will be either returning it or giving it away to someone I don’t like. 100% trash

Door lock
purchased this on March 26th, 2025 and I have had problems with this ever since ai installed it, the key pad will not work properly and I have had to use my key to enter my building. I wish I had purchased a kwikset lock instead.

Faulty mechanism
This is the second lock I bought and the locking mechanism gets stuck. We tried giving it a second chance. We had to take it apart to get in the house.
