Refrigerator was terrible from day one when the ice melts in a cup. It would have white Floaties all in the water. They replaced the icemaker and still have that problem. It was the internal waterlines that cannot be replaced, causing that then the glass shelf in the freezer spontaneously shattered from just opening the door upon further inspection. Save your money. This product is garbage and the service is just as bad. I have gotten a replacement unit and multiple repairs to the new unit. I have not gotten a piece of ice in over 4 months. I have been buying bags of ice multiple times a week after paying $1100 for a fridge. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Purchased on 29 July 2026; delivered on 11 Aug 2026. Had it less than 48 hours as of today. Bought b/c old frig was not cooling below 40F. I initially got this frig cooled to 35; but now it seems to hover at 40F even with temp set at 35F - have 3 new thermometers (bought when testing old one). They show freezer temp is find. Just note - need to check these when buying and keep an eye on esp while in warranty period. I'm not opening much to get better test. Beyond that, frig/freezer layout is...
