Great Refrigerator, Great Service, Terrible Policy

Great refrigerator, great delivery people, product price dropped by $150 and Lowe's will not refund the difference because I already received a discount using the Lowe's credit card that they promote and encourage. I did receive 5% off ($1049.99 x 5% =$52.50) which I would gladly return and get the sale price of $150.00 less. Bought brand new Sunday delivery on that Tuesday, waited 24 hours as instructed to allow ice to form never has called Hisense they told me a few things to do then said they would send a technician … technician came next week on Monday , he was here about 30 minutes then said it’s no good . I called Hisense on that same day they said I need to have patience and it’ll be 24 hours …..so I called Thursday of course they say it’ll be escalated now … tonight I get a call the gonna send another ...

Great Cooling. Ice is too slow

We were looking for a large capacity refrigerator with water and ice. The fridge and freezer work well! Very Cold and Chills great! My family of 6 can store all our food and then some. On the other hand, the water and ice dispenser- not so great. The water trickles out and the ice tray takes 3 days to fill up.

Lowe’s was terrible to deal with.

The fridge is nice. Customer service was terrible!! The delivery was rescheduled three times. The first time we waited all morning. And tried repeatedly and could not reach anybody with correct information.Eventually, the refrigerator was left here and was not installed. Repeated tries you could never reach the store. Customer service was terrible at considering making any restitution.

This refrigerator is so sleek and has glass so everything is easily found..it has a tall water/ice dispenser area which, I use all the time. This is a 10+ I love our Hisense fridge.
