Refrigerator froze in 3 days then i spent 2 days trouble shooting with manufacturer. In the mean time all food in frodge sode froze. Cracked water bottles ect. No simpathy. Then on day 6 get told 4 days to send tect.out then day 4 te h says need part and will be 7 to 10 days to come out to fix. Fridge was supposed to be delivered as a brand new fridge, it came scratched, the protective film was already ripped off, and the inside stickers were clearly already removed and tried to be put back on, called lowes to see about getting it exchanged and they offered me a $50 gift card. Very unprofessional. As I was asking the customer service rep how we can be sure that the next fridge will come without scratches she advised that it would be a new fridge and not scratched. Could Not Install

I bought this refrigerator for one of my rental properties. I paid for it to be delivered and installed, and the existing fridge be moved to the garage. I get a call from the delivery guys stating that they delivered the fridge but could not install it because I had copper pipes. They couldn't even move the existing fridge to the garage. So now I have to hire someone else to install the fridge and move the existing one. Also, this hurts my business with the existing tenants. I can't commen...

The installers couldn't get my refrigerator water and ice installed, my son came and found that it wasn't tightened enough. Niw we don't know how to get the ice machine working because it wasn't programmed during installation!

It's big and beautiful.

The new Hisense refrigerator is very large and beautiful. Have just received it today so I can't comment on the quality of the refrigerator, but it looks great and has a lot of room for your food.

very disappointed with delivery

delivery was a hour and half late from given 4 hour window now after having it for 24 hours have found scratches all over the front of the doors not very happy at all

I love the space.

-The water is leaking from the dispenser... hopefully this will be fixed asap. + love the ice maker on the door lots more space in the freezer that way.

We were excited to purchase this refrigerator since our prior one had so many issues. Boy, were we disappointed. We bought this Hisense almost 3 weeks ago, and after installing it, we noticed it wasn't making Ice. The water dispenser worked, but no water was getting to the ice machine. Spacious Refrigerator/Freezer

Love the product so far. Ice maker is really loud as it’s making ice, but once it’s full you hardly have to worry about the move. Very spacious and looks great

Water Dispenser Leak

Ironically replaced my old fridge due to water dispenser issue. Saw a review on this model with a water dispenser complaint and was hoping it would not happen to me. The Water dispenser on new fridge is leaking on the first day of installation. This happened after running the water for the 5 gallons as required. Waited some time but it kept leaking. Turned off the water valve and Contacted support so l hopefully things can get resolved.
