Storage is lacking

I was excited for this purchase shopped online when arrived super disappointed in the storage space in freezer. And the shelves are lacking in the fridge. Not satisfied with our purchase!!!! Going to have to deal with it, not about to go through a return process!!!

Purchased this for the MIL a few weeks ago. Great fridge, perfect for her space and usage. Nice features, and bottom-drawer freezer is accessible and easily usable. One nice feature to add would be a small light in the freezer, but it's easy enough to see as-is, and fridge section is well-lit and easy to organize. Ice maker works well, controls are well-labeled.

This refrigerator was purchased on 11/29/25 and was delivered on 12/13/25. Everything seemed fine until the warmer weather with rising levels of humidity. Sometime around mid June 2026, I began to notice moisture build up in the refrigerator, which over time started to freeze with ice build up behind the vegetable drawer.
