Flawed design
The little tabs before the where the threads start are bigger then the threads. So making the hole bigger than the threads the threads won't tighten.

Wings strip out hole
When I use these on my trailer, they strip out the hole. wings are not breaking off when they hit the steel frame. They are loose and won't tighten up.
